The 10 Vehicles with the Lowest Rates of Driver Deaths

  1. Audi A4 4WD luxury car
  2. Honda Odyssey minivan
  3. Kia Sorento SUV
  4. Lexus RX 350 4WD luxury SUV
  5. Mercedes0Benz GL-Class 4WD luxury SUV
  6. Subaru Legacy 4WD 4 door sedan
  7. Toyota Highlander hybrid 4WD SUV
  8. Toyota Sequoia 4WD SUV
  9. Volvo XC90 luxury SUV
  10. Honda Pilot 4WD SUV

**These are all based on 2011 models as the last study was completed in 2011. It’s interesting that SUV’s are now among the safest vehicles when they used to be among the most dangerous vehicles on the road due to roll-overs.

The 10 Vehicles with the Highest rates of Driver Deaths

  1. Kia Rio four door minicar
  2. Nissan Versa four door small car
  3. Hyundai Accent four door minicar
  4. Chevrolet Aveo four door minicar
  5. Hyundai Accent two door minicar
  6. Chevrolet Camaro sports car (I’m surprised)
  7. Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew cab 4WD pickup
  8. Honda Civic two door small car
  9. Nissan Versa hatchback four door small car
  10. Ford Focus four door small car

**These are again based on 2011 models. Do you see a pattern here? Other than the Camaro and Silverado pickup, the rest of the vehicles are in the minicar or small car category. They’re cute and trendy but dangerous.
